OBTAINING A USGA HANDICAP INDEX
In order to obtain a USGA handicap index, a golfer must join a golf club/course and post adjusted gross scores. These scores are subject to peer review. After at least five scores have been posted, the club will issue a Handicap Index to the golfer in accordance with the USGA Handicap System. To join an IGA-PGA member club and obtain an IGA-PGA handicap, search the directory below for a course, or click here for other options to find a course near you. Once you obtain your member number, you may post scores and enter IGA-PGA tournaments by visiting this site.
The Indiana Golf Office has transitioned to a new handicap vendor, BlueGolf. The IGA-PGA is committed to providing the most innovative services available to individual members and member clubs.
