Pulley Earns Exemption
Kylene Pulley of Kokomo, Ind., finished tied for 21st place at the Duramed FUTURES Tour 2009 Qualifying Tournament November 4-7. With scores of 69-71-72-77=289, Pulley finished the week only one over par and earned exempt status for next year’s season. The qualifying competition was held at the 6203-yard, par 72 Cleveland Heights Golf Course in Ohio.

Pulley turned professional in 2008 after graduating from the University of South Florida and joined the Duramed FUTURES Tour with non-exempt status. She earned $1,592 and found her best finish of 19th at the Alliance Bank Golf Classic in Syracuse, N.Y.

Pulley is a former Indiana Junior Tour player and Indiana Women’s State Amateur Champion. The Indiana Women’s Golf Association named her Player of the Year in 2005.
