March 4th 2011 - The IGA-PGA will be offering a rules seminar that is open to everyone on April 2nd from 10:00am - 3:00pm. Chip Essig, PGA Professional of the Year and experienced rules official on the national level, will be giving a presentation on the rules of golf.
