Schultz Leads Assistant Championship
August 2nd 2010 -
Jeff Schultz of Brickyard Crossing leads the Callaway Assistant Championship after 36 holes. His rounds of 72-70=142 gave him a one shot lead over Jamie Broce of Indiana University with 18 left to play at Indiana National GC at Swan Lake Resort August 3. Broce was runner-up in 2009 when the tournament was cut short to 36 holes due to flooding, but he still advanced to the national competition. Only one shot behind him in search of moving into the top spot is Casey Milholland of Otis Park in third at 144.
