Youth Partner Program

Planned Giving

Pete and Alice Dye have had a dramatic effect on the national golf scene. Whether winning championships, influencing policies to help all golfers, or building world renowned golf courses, the Dye name has been a household name in the world of golf for a long time. While their impact on golf has been felt worldwide, their roots are firmly planted on Hoosier soil and they remain dedicated to bettering the game and passing the life lessons on to others.

The Pete and Alice Dye Legacy Fund is designed to provide funding for the future of Indiana Golf. These funds will allow us to continue to grow our junior golf and scholarship programs to reach even more Indiana youth long into the future. We hope you will join Pete and Alice and make a gift to the future of the game. Pete and Alice's efforts and accomplishments will have a long lasting effect on the golf world. Their Legacy Fund will have the same effect on providing golf, and more importantly, life skills development to generations to come.

Special Events

Support the Indiana Golf Foundation and The First Tee of Indiana through our annual Indiana Golf Foundation Invitational.  Held at some of the  most premiere golf courses in the state, the Foundation Invitational is a great event to bring a foursome and play for a good cause!  Your participation will help us expand our existing youth programs through The Indiana Golf Foundation, increasing the number of programming locations around the state, purchasing more equipment to be used in The First Tee National Schools Program and providing additional scholarship assistance to those kids who are economically disadvantaged.  Currently through First Tee programming, we are reaching over 80,000 youth statewide.  For information regarding the 2019 Indiana Golf Foundation Invitational at Victoria National Golf Club, please contact Kelly Gaughan at

Support your local PGA Golf Professional at our annual Indiana Golf Foundation Charities Day.  At this event, each participating professional plays 72 holes of golf in support of the Indiana Golf Foundation, The First Tee of Indiana, and a charity of his or her choosing.  Charities such as Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, Gleaners Food Bank, Safe Passage, Inc., and various others have been represented.  Funds are raised per birdies and eagles made by the participating Professional and total of golf holes played.  If you would like to make a donation please visit our Indiana Golf Charities Day homepage, and click on a participating professional, or signup at your local facility.

Since The First Tee of Indiana became a part of the Indiana Golf Foundation in 2012, we have looked for ways to better involve women with our youth golfers in the State of Indiana. Through The First Tee of Indiana Women’s Initiative, we can make this connection and raise funds to improve and expand the programming that we currently offer. The First Tee of Indiana will partner with an Indiana Golf Facility and their female leadership or league to develop a fundraiser to support this mission. If you are interested in hosting a fundraiser in 2019, please contact Kelly Gaughan at
